No. You get 14 days of the whole product — every module, every seat you invite — and we do not ask for a card to begin. Nothing charges automatically at the end of it.

Your workspace becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted: everyone can still sign in, read every file, and export everything. An owner subscribes under Settings → Billing and the workspace picks up exactly where it was. Your borrowers and investors keep their portals throughout, and anything arriving from outside — an application, a signed document, a portal message — still arrives.

$89.99 per lender seat per month, billed monthly. One number, no tiers, no implementation fee, no per-envelope signing charge.

Somebody at your firm who signs in to the staff app — a loan officer, processor, underwriter, closer, funder or administrator. You pay for the people who work the loans, and you can add and remove them whenever you like.

Yes, and there is no cap on them. Invite as many borrowers, investors and accountants as your business needs — they never appear on your bill. Borrowers and investors sign in to their own portals; an outside accountant gets a free seat in the staff app instead, which is enough to work through the numbers with you and can never be an administrator.

Yes, from Settings → Billing, by yourself, without emailing anybody. You keep full access through the end of the period you have already paid for.

At any time, including while your workspace is read-only. An owner or administrator requests an export and receives a ZIP holding a spreadsheet for every part of the product — loans, the servicing ledger, payments, payoffs, draws, budgets, investors, participations, statements, contacts, the audit trail — plus every stored document. Column headings are the database’s own names, so nothing is lost in translation.

Not for a long time, and never without telling you. A workspace that lapses stays read-only and exportable for 90 days. If nothing has changed at the end of that, deletion is scheduled and we email the owners to say so — with a further 30 days before anything is actually removed. Subscribing at any point before that cancels the whole thing.

No. We track payments — we never move money. Funding requests, payoff quotes and distribution figures are produced here; the wire is sent by your people through your bank, exactly as it is today.

Included. Build a template, drop signature, initial and date fields on it, merge in the loan’s own data, send it to as many signers as the document needs. Signed PDFs file themselves back onto the loan. There is no separate signing subscription and no per-envelope charge.

You connect your own credit vendor account and we order through it, with the borrower’s consent captured in the portal and stored on the file. The bureaus bill you at your own rates — we do not resell credit and we do not mark it up. Everything else in the product works without a credit connection, so you can start before yours is approved.

Yes, including loans that are part-way through their draws. The import wizard reads your spreadsheet, shows you what it found, and only then writes — and an import can be undone in one step. Contacts and borrowing entities come across the same way.

Sensitive fields are encrypted at the field level rather than only at the disk, so a tax identifier is unreadable in the database itself. Two-factor authentication, per-file visibility rules and a complete audit trail are part of the product, not an upgrade. We are hosted on SOC 2-certified infrastructure.
