What a lender seat is
Somebody at your firm who signs in to the staff app — a loan officer, processor, underwriter, closer, funder or administrator. You pay for the people who work the loans, and you add and remove them as your team changes.
Who is free
Your borrowers, investors and accountants, with no limit on how many, and none of them ever appears on your bill or takes up a lender seat. Borrowers and investors sign in to their own portals. An outside accountant gets a free seat in the staff app instead — enough to work through the numbers with you, and never an administrator.

The trial
14 days, no card, no automatic charge.
You get the entire product from the first minute — every module, every seat you invite, your own subdomain and portals. We do not ask for a card to begin, so nothing can start billing you by surprise at the end of it.
And when the 14 days are up
- Your workspace becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted. Everyone can still sign in and read every file.
- Your borrowers and investors keep their portals, and anything arriving from outside — an application, a signed document, a portal message — still arrives.
- An owner subscribes under Settings → Billing and the workspace carries on exactly where it was.
- You can export everything at any time, including while it is read-only.
- After 90 days read-only we schedule deletion and email your owners to say so — with a further 30 days before anything is actually removed. Subscribing before then cancels it.
Cancel any time
From Settings → Billing, by yourself, without emailing anybody. You keep full access through the end of the period you have already paid for.
We never move your money
We track payments — we never move money. Funding requests, payoff quotes and distribution figures are produced here; the wire goes out through your bank, by your people.
Credit is billed by your vendor
Run soft pulls with your own credit vendor account — consent captured in the portal. The bureaus bill you at your own rates. We do not resell credit and we do not mark it up.
